PAPERBACK PRE-ORDERS (R 250 local / R 349 SA delivery / R 599 Founding Reader)- Before the book ships: full refund available at any time. - After the book has shipped but before it reaches you: cancellation is not possible once the parcel is in transit, but if the book arrives damaged you may request a replacement (see 'Damaged Goods' below).
- After delivery: if the book is unread, unmarked, and in its original condition, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping costs). The customer bears the cost of the return shipment.2. FOUNDING READER PACKAGE (R 599)- Before the book ships and before the Zoom call is scheduled: full refund available.
- Once the Zoom call has been held: no refund (the service has been delivered).
